At Bella Cheri Salon we have always taken cleanliness and sanitation very seriously. Precautions we have decided to implement are closing our waiting area, staggering our Stylists so we all have plenty of space, and spacing our stations out so we can all feel comfortable. We make sure to take our temperatures before every shift and change masks and aprons/smocks for every guest. We clean and disinfect every common area surface before every guest even comes in the door. Our stations and implements are also wiped down and disinfected for every service. We will also ask every Guest to self-screen for symptoms before your scheduled appointment and expect you to tell us if you've been exposed to COVID-19 or exhibited symptoms within that past two weeks from your scheduled appointment.
Safety is the new luxury.
From the moment you walk in the door, we want you to feel welcomed, safe, and relaxed. Please wait in your car while ensure our Salon is ready for your service. Just let us know when you've arrived and we can invite you inside as soon as we're ready. We will begin by asking you to thoroughly wash your hands and we will do the same. We will then get settled at our station and do a thorough consultation. Because we are not blowdrying, we will discuss the best option for the order of your service. To deliver the best service, it might make sense to cut your hair before we color, so please arrive with clean, dry hair. During your shampoo service we will gently place a towel over your eyes to further ensure your safety during your stay. To finish, we will show you different ways to prepare your hair for it to air dry. Lastly, we will check out and get your next appointment scheduled as usual. Although we won't be able to provide the typical luxuries for a while, we take great pride in offering these new precautions as a luxury service.
